I cant use smeargle

[Abstract]

I cant use smeargle when im battling when im battling im trying to use sketch so i can learn moves but it bugs me and just says waiting.... this is not me because the other players i tried doing this also happened to them ikd if smeargle is not alowed or its a bug also tried this with a helper he said it was a bug so i dont know and im not sure if your able to use smeargle now.
