Like the title says, I know there's a level grinder, buy is there an EV grinder so to speak or do ya gotta hind wild mons for EVs?

If you're playing on Diamond/Pearl there's /warp travel where you can buy an Ev Training pass. On the other servers there's /warp evtraining
