Keystone bug

So yesterday I killed a mega boss it was a mega manectric, and due to my inventory being full I panicked and pressed and pressed escape which caused me to accidentally pass the keystone menu. Now today, I killed a mega tyranitar. This time I did not panic however no keystone menu appeared. I think the game is reading it as that I already have a keystone when I have no keystone, what should I do. I have no screenshots because I didn't think this would happen, all I have is the tyranitarite and electrium z.

Hey mate,

Where your Pokémon slots are in your inventory, to the left of that is a little arrow thing you can slide open, try seeing if you have a keystone. You should most likely already have one.
