Rewards related to %DEX

I am currently on over 30% DEX but I did not get the 20% reward and also now not the acces to the kit belonging to the 30% DEX. I have tried to claim the reward several times. Thank you for your support,

I find the solution in an earlier post /Dex claim worked for me

Note: /dex cl or /dex claim will work to collect the One-time Pokedex Rewards.
