Battle bond greninja odds

So ive been fishing in the swamp for like an hour now and i fished out 1 greninja thinking it must be battle bond because in the past like 2-3 years ago when i fished for a bb greninja i fished out many greninjas but they were most torrent ability so i thought now can only bb greninjas be fished out so you dont have to catch all of the torrents to see.But when i caught it it was torrent so it made me think what are actually the odds of a greninja being bb when fished out on this server is it the regular 1/70 or is it modified?

ok so Greninja has set spawn times dawn-dusk and early morning's best to have a Gardevoir with trace and fast balls as Greninja is a very fast Pokemon also super rod or better is needed and remember 4 blooks deep in a swamp if you need more info tag me hope this helps
