Beginner's Dungeon

Hi all,
I'm not new to the server, I play on blue but I've never done a dungeon... that being said, is there any way to obtain the totem required for the Beginner's Dungeon? Or is it exclusively given to new players on the server?

unfortunately beginner totems are only given exclusively to new players, starting from the new dungeon update, sorry for the inconvenience.
