broken Vote Key

While using my vote keys, after voting for the sever on multiple websites... I was given a key that was considered "fake" and it gave me a message along the lines of... "Caught you! This key is fake and will be reported to the admins" I didn't do anything wrong...I've been playing for about 3 days please help.

Ps. I haven't been banned or anything but if I did do something wrong, please inform

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. Best thing to do is to trash the key by throwing it against cactus or into a pit of lava.

Additionally, staff won't refund you the key that bugged.

Yes, adding on to what Tahleeah said, this happens because of server resets, so everytime the server resets, unused crate keys will become expired, regardless of what crate they were for. This includes server crashes as well. Therefor it’s best to use them as soon as you acquire them!!

And don’t worry, you won’t be banned for it, it’s quite a common problem and the staff know you didn’t purposely make a fake crate key.
