Donation Rank Gone

Just returning to complex after a several month break and have returned to no donation rank. I spent well over $100 USD on this server and now all of its gone... Still have paypal receipts and everything if that helps. Would love to get it back and start playing complex again. My IGN has changed many times so I can't say what it was at the time I played but it is now zootez and I played primarily on the Diamond server I believe.
