Every time I hit "play" it does nothing

This just happened and i redid launcher and everything, when I click play it loads and then it just goes back to "play", should I redownload the mod?

Also i try redownloading the mod and it just says error

I just had to restart my computer but if it happens again Ill try that. Thanks
