False Jail

I got jailed for 30 minutes without reason except "griefing". It's 30 minutes so I won't cry about, but I would love to have a little more context because as far as I know I haven't done anything wrong. Also what is the context of griefing here? How is it possible to grief someone if they claim their land?
My ign is DuckyMoMo000 and I was on server gold when it happened.
