We're sorry you were having issues with the fossil cleaners. There shouldn't be any bugs with the fossils anymore; however, I'd suggest utilizing the fossil machines at /warp pokelab as those typically are met with minimal issues from players. If they do disappear again, please take a screenshot and create a ticket on our Discord in the #help-and-support channel and we will help you out from there. Please let us know if you need anything else.
