I have a level 30 Female Snorunt, the dusk stone didn't work so I tried using a ice stone which didn't work either I'm at a loss!

Snorunt evolves into Glalie at Level 42, not by an elemental stone.

EDIT: misread your original post, sorry. Froslass is a Dawn Stone evolution.

If you are looking to evolve your female Snorunt into a Froslass it evolves with a dawn stone- you can find one at /warp firemart
For future reference we have /pwiki [pokemon] in-game that tells you a bunch of information on a pokemon, including how it evolves.
