Lost a chest of Item

One of my chest lost all the items in side altot of pokeball a z-moves (electricity) a master ball. as well as. a orb of fiery souls. can you help me?

Just a few questions to try and narrow down what happened:
• Do you know if the chest was stolen out of by another player?
• Do you have the co-ordinates of the chest in question?
• What server was this on?

I don't believe it was stolen by another player. I do have co-ordinates x 1394.3 y 11049.3. it was on the yellow severer

Unfortunately, we cannot find any evidence of you having the items you claimed to have in any chests - nor can we see any evidence of them going missing. Due to this, we must warn you against making false claims of having items you didn't have originally. This can be punishable by our rules and if it happens again, then consequences will ensue.
