Marshadow cant use his Z move

In order to uze the Zmove on marshadow u need the move 'spectral thief' but there is no way to get this move in pixelmon: yellow server.
Even the move relearner wont show the move..

So can this move be added in the game so i can use the Zmove of marshadow?
