after like half an hour of using technic launcher complex pixelmon it starts to have wierd freezes and lag type fps drops. I NEED HELP!

my game keeps freezing for like 2 seconds every few seconds

Hey there, increasing memory allocated to the launcher can help with this type of issue if its set lower at the moment. Increasing it to around 3-5 GB is typically a safe bet but too much like 10+ can also cause performance issues. Can view these setting from the base launcher by clicking Launcher Settings -> Java Settings -> Then adjusting the amount with the droWithout a more in-depth description of the issue, it'll be hard to pinpoint the problem if that doesn't help. If you make a ticket in the #help-and-support channel of the server Discord a staff member will be able to assist better there communication is a bit easier/quicker. If you do make a ticket, be sure to include your IGN, Server, and a description of the issue as well as any potential fixes you've tried.
