never got mega ring

i had beat a mega rayquaza Boss and never got a mega ring i dont know if this was bug or if it was from the fact he had no more moves and killed himself and thats why i didnt get one. I was seeing if this could be fixed or if im just out of luck and have to find another megaboss

I regret to inform you that we need evidence for all issues like this, so it seems like we won't be able to help you with this any further. Unless you have some other form of proof, there isn't much to be done. Terribly sorry.

Hey there chicken, if you beat a mega boss then it will show in /achievements under the beat a mega boss it will show 0/3 and not 0/1 so if you can screenshot that and post it here with your ign and server we can look into it and refund you the lost mega ring
