No Dragon Z crystal given

Hi i spoke to danielle in game and she said to post on here to get a resolution as i do not have a discord, i completed the dragon type gym and it paid out everything listed bar the dragonium Z if this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated

As you can see above I have my collection of badges plushies and z crystals and the missing gap is that dragon z crystal
