I have over 50% on dex claimed rewards but can't claim prodigy or professor ranks on daily kits

Click the Ticket Channel Link which the bot replies to you with and provide the staff who are participating in the ticket with your ingame name/Server you are in and screenshots of your Current PokeDex Count (Found by using /dex count and /dex remain).

If you don't have Discord, run the command /dex count, take a screenshot with F2 and place that screenshot in this thread and we'll be able to help you.
