Porygon

[Exophaldier]

I'm trying to complete the Pokedex, and I can't find a Porygon.
They spawn in The End or by crafting.
But the craft doesn't summon him, and I don't find him in any biome warp.
Is there any way I can get a Porygon?

When you open the ticket leave your:
IGN -In game name
Realm: Red/Violet/Diamond/etc.
Issue: Tell them what is going on and an uncropped screen shot of your crafted porygon.
