C Coolguy51 New member May 17, 2020 #1 My Ralts passed level 20 and I received the message "Congratulations, your Ralts evolved into Ralts." I can't get it up to Kirla no matter how many times I level it up. It has a lucky egg on it and I never used an everstone. Please help
