Refund? Please

I was banned within 24 hours of buying omega because I was suspected to be an alt? Please give me a refund if you're going to ban me and not show evidence, other wise this is a complete waste of money. Just give me a refund if you're not going to unban me. I can promise you I am not associated with the account that I am being accused of. The staff just closed the ticket without providing evidence other than a tip.
