Hey there Mintokii!
When you're using thor make sure you have your Magikarp out as this is a requirement for it to become a Zombie. If that still doesn't work check if you're getting a message in chat saying "Zap" and that there is lightning coming down on you, if there is just try a couple of time with it out and stand in It then it should work fine.
