Used a Shiny spin, didn't get the shiny (Pixelmon Red)

Hello,

about 5 minutes ago, I used a shiny spin that I got from the /gts store and it gave me a Shiny Flabébé; I had a full team on me at the time and I when I checked my PC to add it onto my team, it wasn't there. I then wrote in chat and the players told me to make a ticket about this bug.

Can you please help in some way? The server is Pixelmon Red and my IGN is SailorSench8525

Hello, do you have an uncropped screen shots of if saying you got the non shiny Flabebe? We would need to see its stats in /givs uncropped as well.

I've tried scrolling up in chat but it's too far gone. I did receive a lvl 5 non-shiny Flabébé if that's what you meant? I'm aware that this isn't exactly 'proof' but it's the best I can provide unless there's some other way I could obtain the logs or anything else that would count as evidence? Anything at all?
