Hey, 1.16.3 has not been updated into the server yet so you have to make it 1.16.2 for it to work. Also samsaml, if you are having trouble getting on making sure you are using a later version or that your internet or router is strong enough to handle connecting to our servers.

Unfortunately not, but if you change the username and let the team know in your next ban appeal, you should be able to get that unbanned.
