Lags in Skull Island

Hey! I’m having a lot of problems with joining the skull island. The main problem is that’s it’s to laggy for me. If I get close to an exit it’s to laggy for me and I can’t move anymore. Does anybody have any ideas on how I could solve that? I’m playing on a PlayStation 4, maybe that’s just to old and is not able to run it smooth? Further on I am also not able to even see the skull island monsters, there are just bubbles but I can’t see the real mobs. I hope someone is able to help me and give me some tips/ advices on how to make the game work a bit better.

Sounds like Skull Island is giving a hard time to a lot of people, not just you. On PS4, it can be a bit overwhelming, especially in areas with lots of effects or crowded areas – like near the exit or near the boss zone, the machine starts to “breathe oxygen” immediately
