Vanilla Store Assistance
The following thread will contain information on common Store questions and issues.
Please note, you will need to join our Discord Server and create a ticket in the Server Support Category to resolve Store issues!
Also include all relevant transaction numbers in your ticket as this is the quickest way to pull up your payment information!
Purchasing Items From Our Store
If you're wondering how to purchase a rank or other perks, navigate to our Store tab.
From there you enter your IGN (in-game username) on the right side of the screen and click Login. Then select Vanilla at the top right.
From there, select the server you want the rank on and click on the tab you'd like (Ranks, Crate Keys, Extras, Boosters, Etc.)
Once there, you will be able to view the price and contents of each rank or item. For example, clicking on Ascendant under the Factions tab will show you each perk the rank obtains after purchasing.
Simply add the rank or item you're interested in to cart and proceed to checkout. From there you can utilize whichever payment method such as Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, or some forms of Crypto.
How do I obtain the Crypto and PayPal Information?
Our PayPal email is [email protected] if you send payment there of the exact amount for your rank or items, a member of the Management team can verify it has been sent and issue your rank or items.
Note: Please make sure to include your IGN and Server when sending payment so we can tie it directly to you!
If you are interested in utilizing our Crypto options, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server!
Plus+ Rank Information
If you're interested in our Plus+ rank options on each server, you'll first need to head over to our Plus+ Store Tab.
Please note, you MUST have the top rank on each server BEFORE you purchase a Plus+ rank. Otherwise it will NOT apply in-game.
Also understand this is subscription based and will renew monthly!
In the event you accidentally purchase the Plus+ rank and don't have the top rank, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server.
To cancel your subscription, head over to Tebex's Payment History area and enter your Email used for the purchase.
Tebex will then send you an Email with a link which will show you your purchase history. From there, navigate to the Subscriptions tab and cancel your Plus+ subscription.
If you're unable to do this, please mention it in your support ticket and a member of staff can direct you further.
Entering the Wrong IGN (Username) at Checkout
If you have entered the incorrect IGN when checking out in the store, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server.
A Head-Admin+ will be able to fix that for you and push the transaction through properly.
The Store Isn't Discounting My Rank
If the Store is not properly reflecting your rank in-game, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server and provide a screenshot of you with the rank in-game.
Please note, this likely happened because you redeemed a store rank voucher in-game and it didn't automatically apply in the store.
This also sometimes happens when you change your IGN but the store only knows your previous IGN.
Please allow a Head-Admin+ time to fix your rank in the store BEFORE you make your purchase. We may not be able to assist you if you grow impatient and decide to buy it before we can assist you.
If You Purchased a Giftcard But Haven't Received an Email
In the event you purchase any amount of GC and don't get the Code Email from Tebex, please first check your Spam and other folders as it sometimes gets flagged by your Email host.
If the Email is not there and you've waited a reasonable amount of time, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server. An Admin will be able to pull up your GC Code and give it to you.
In the event you go to redeem the code and you receive a communication error in-game, please wait and try again later. This likely means that Tebex is down and will not process the GC redeem. This is NOT something we as the staff team can control.
My Purchase Was Declined or Didn't Complete
If you have attempted to purchase something and the transaction did not complete, you may open a support ticket on our Discord Server.
You may be worried about the return of your money if this happens. Not to worry, Tebex will automatically return the money if the purchase is Declined or Unsuccessful.
We recommend that you contact your bank to make sure this happens. The staff team does not control refunds via Tebex.
Also, it may be wise to utilize an alternative payment method such as a different Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. Most often this resolves the issue and your transaction goes through without an issue.
For All Other Inquiries
If you are experiencing an issue that is not mentioned above, please open a ticket on our Discord Server so that we can assist you.
