Frustration with Staff

I got wrongfully muted, and have spent hours waiting for both my appeal to be review and for any of the staff members I've messaged to answer me. It's one thing to be mistakenly muted, but to also be completely without staff support for hours is plain ridiculous

Hey, please can I take your IGN and I will take a look into who muted you, and I will see if this needs to go further if there was a wrongful mute !
