Hoppers

I am trying to make some sort of automated farm and i have tried every way that i usually do (and works) and nothing is working? I have an upgradable hopper and no indication of how to use it. Can i place it under a minion and the excess will be dropped into it? What is the best way of making an automated farm on this server? Thank you.

If your automated farms are using pistons, i’m 90% sure they’ve been disabled. Or at least something in place to stop Auto farms from working. It’s intentional

You need to upgrade the minion to be able to link it to a chest
