Kicked for boat clutch (factions)

I've tried to jump off something, place a boat, and get in before taking fall damage. Many times. And basically every time, I've been kicked from the factions server-
"X Network Error: Flying is disabled."
Am I not allowed to clutch for some reason or is this a bug?

The Anticheat the server is using thinks your cheating for some reason, it’s just a false anticheat flag.
