Sorry for the very late reply, if you are on a rivals server so Diamond/Pearl/Platinum or Ruby then you already have it. It will be in inventory on the left hand side of your pokemon is an arrow click that and you will see your keystone

If you are wishing to train the ev's of a pokemon you can go to /warp travel, buy an ev training ticket and right click the ticket in the air then use /warp evtraining. If you are asking about ivs' as the player above said you can't train those, those can only be raised by breeding, /pb, or...

If you are talking about rivals servers yes you can leave teams by going to /warp teams. But to join a different team will cost 50000. Unless you contribute alot of points to a team (hatch eggs, catch shinies, catch legendaries etc), being on a specific team doesn't really matter as all teams...

You won't get banned the keys expire and they probly just tossed it out and you ended up with it after they found out it was expired. just trash the key.

Are you able to put in a ticket on discord it will be much easier to tag the appropriate staff to help you

which server are you on and have you tried from different areas

you should be able to login using just pixelmon reforged mod https://reforged.gg/ here it wont' be their modpack with the fancy skins but you should be able to get on server with it

that's because the only way to have the servers modpack is to come in the technic way
