I'm a bit confused as many sources online and in-game say that Rayquaza spawns in the Plains biome, but /pwiki only shows that it spawns in extreme hills?
I'm trying to build a platform in the sky to hunt for Rayquaza near my home in the Plains. Is this a good idea or is it just never...
