Are you having issues with Technic Launcher or Minecraft Forge?
► Technic Launcher → Go to Question 3
► Minecraft Forge → Continue
QUESTION 2:
(Forge) Does your issue occur when attempting to download Forge or downloading Pixelmon?
► Yes → Go to FORGE-001
► No → Go to Question 4
QUESTION 3:
(Technic) Does your issue occur when attempting to download our modpack Complex-Pixelmon Reforged?
► Yes → Does your issue occur when downloading any other modpack?
► Yes → Go to TECHNIC-001
► No → Go to TECHNIC-002

Does your game crash when loading?
► Yes → Go to MC-297 (or MC-12949 or MC-188506)

► No → Pick one of the connection messages you’re receiving and then go to the corresponding solution:

» java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 503 → Go to MC-32316
» Unknown Host → Go to MC-122583
» A fatal error has occurred. This connection is terminated → Go to MCAPI-1507

COMPLX-001
► (Issue) Crashing once connecting to Complex.
► (Solution) Staff can teleport you to /spawn to fix the issue.
COMPLX-002
► (Issue) Invisible Players
► (Solution) Disconnect from the server and reconnect.
FORGE
FORGE-001
► (Issue) Incorrect/Incompatible Mods.
► (Solution) Follow Minecraft Forge – Installation Guide to resolve the issue.
MCAPI-1507
► (Issue) Inability to connect to our server.
► (Error) A fatal error has occurred. This connection is terminated.
► (Solution) Install this Forge Version.
TECHNIC LAUNCHER
TECHNIC-001
► (Issue) The Launcher is unable to download a Modpack.
► (Solution) Disable your Anti-Virus. (AVG, Norton, McAfee, Avira are known to cause issues with Technic).
► (Solution) Run Technic Launcher as an Administrator.
► (Solution) Allow process “javaw.exe” access through Windows Firewall. (Advanced).
► (Solution) Restart Technic Launcher.
TECHNIC-002
► (Issue) The Launcher is unable to download our Modpack.
► (Error) An error was raised whilst attempting to read pack info for modpack complex-pixelmon-reforged, build ; Error in response: Build does not exist.
► (Solution) Go to Modpack Options → Select Version → A Specific Version → Version Pixelmon 6.3.4a – Recommended → Restart Technic Launcher.
► (Solution) Go to Modpack Options → Select Version → Recommended Version → Restart Technic Launcher.
GRAPHICS
MC-297
► (Issue) Outdated Graphics Drivers
► (Error) org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated
► (Error) RuntimeException: No OpenGL context found in the current thread
► (Solution) Update your Graphics Drivers → Intel Graphics
► (Solution) Update your Graphics Drivers → AMD Graphics
► (Solution) Update your Graphics Drivers → ATi Graphics
► (Solution) Update your Graphics Drivers → NVIDIA Graphics
► Restart your computer after updating your drivers!
MEMORY
MC-12949
► (Issue) Unallocated Memory
► (Error) java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
► (Error) Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderExeption: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
► (Error) net.minecraft.client.renderer.StitcherException
► (Solution) Allocate 2 GB of RAM (Minecraft Forge)
► (Solution) Allocate 2 GB of RAM (Technic Launcher)
► Go to “Configure Forge/Technic” section of the Installation Guide to help you allocate RAM!
CONNECTION
MC-12346 / MC-32316 / MC-36672 / MC-120362
► (Issue) Unable to connect to the server
► (Error) java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

► (Solution) Configure your DNS to 1.1.1.1 Primary & 8.8.8.8 Secondary
► (Solution) Allow process “javaw.exe” access through Windows Firewall. (Advanced).
► (Solution) Remove MCLeaks.

MAC OS X
