You can make them a member by using /is team invite <their username>. You can promote them with /is team promote <their username>, and you can change their permissions by using /is settings. :)

There are currently no resets planned as far as I know, but if you're talking about Survival, I suspect it might reset within the next few months. But, that's just my guess
