Error joining Creative Vanilla Server

Whenever I join hub.mc-complex.com and try to join the Vanilla Creative server, either nothing happens, or this message will show. What do I do? I've tried playing without forge, without optifine, and have tried joining with versions 1.16.1-1.13. No matter what I do, I cannot join. What do I do?
