as far as i know u cant check if someone is using their mouse or having something on a button that presses it.

i was just mining lol, also how do u check if someone is mine with their mouse or not?

Why is there a quest to mine 10k ores, but when im going to mine i get banned for automining? (i am unbanned by now, but i posted this on DC and someone said that it is pretty commen.)
