miner quest and automining ban Skyblock

Why is there a quest to mine 10k ores, but when im going to mine i get banned for automining? (i am unbanned by now, but i posted this on DC and someone said that it is pretty commen.)

as far as i know u cant check if someone is using their mouse or having something on a button that presses it.
