You could always ask in a ticket for support from staff about this issue.

I For a quicker answer you can always ask a staff on that server or in game chat. There’s also the discord you can use with specific chats for skyblock.

I don’t play skyblock personally but if you have questions the best way to ask is type /staff in game and see if there is a staff on your server available for support or ask in the chat on discord.
