Skyblock Minion Tutorial?

I have a level 1 diamond mining minion on skyblock that does nothing. Am i missing something? It is enabled but just stands there for days.

I don’t play skyblock personally but if you have questions the best way to ask is type /staff in game and see if there is a staff on your server available for support or ask in the chat on discord.

your diamond minion usually needs a diamond ore block directly in front of it to mine, and it won’t do anything if it’s facing air or a blocked spot. check the minion’s facing direction, give it at least one open block to place the mined diamonds, and make sure your island isn’t at the minion limit. i had one “frozen” once because a slab was in the way and it couldn’t place items. also, sorry for the random junk links people drop in chat; i’ve seen https://extreme-lightning-roulette.com/ https://lightning-dice.org/ and https://playcashorcrash.org/ pasted while i was trying to troubleshoot and it just makes it harder to get real help.
