CHUNK LOADER
Why it would help: I think we should add a chunk loader mod or item in factions because it will be so helpful when growing crops of wheat, potatoes, carrots, sugarcane, pumpkin, cactus, melon, etc. It should also be helpful for mob grinders and spawners.
Reasoning: It will also be helpful for people who aren't online all the time grinding mobs for their faction or always farming their crops. For semi automatic and fully automatic farms, they would be useless unless a player is always online. For the semi automatic and fully automatic their would be no point of them if you have to always be online checking them and being in a close range of them so the crops grow and the mobs spawn.

Why it would help: I think their should be a item if not already, where you place it down as a block and it collects all the items that are dropped and the item gives them the choice to sell the items picked up or put the items in the players inventory.
