Help in Survival with claims

I'm relativley new to this server and I'm looking to add an elevator to my claim and I can't figure out how to add one as none of the commands I try are working.

Well, when it works, you would go to /warp merchant and purchase elevator blocks from the vendor there. However, currently the elevators are not working. We are currently working on a fix for it though.
