im scared to grind a xp farm, i always get banned, if i do it to heal my tools i dont, if i grind about 5 min or more i take a chance on getting ban

i dont use or have clicker some ask., i use my finger on left mouse button, maybe im consistent with my finger, but i git tired n take breaks. all my bans r from this,
