My Vanilla survival ranks is gone since last wipe

Hi Staff,
Its been awhile since i last joined. i thought about revisiting the server since i had a knight rank and the /fly command but when i joined the vanilla survival server i was just a default. Hope this can get fixed soon, thanks!
