Escapist keys are noticeably harder to obtain and are more expensive that prisoners. So why is it that when you prestige you gain double the amount of escapists as you do prisoners?

I like the amount of escapists that you get but I believe it should be the other way round, so for prestige 1 it should be 2 Escapist Keys and 4 Prisoner Keys, prestige 2 should be 4 Escapist Keys and 8 Prisoner Keys and so on.

Currently you get 2 Escapists and 1 Prisoner for prestige 1 and 4 Escapists and 2 Prisoner for prestige 2.
