Stop minecart to discharge

Hey everyone, how’s it going?
I’m having an issue with my bamboo farm collection system. I’m using a minecart with hopper to collect the bamboo and unload it into a hopper system, but the minecart doesn’t stop on the hopper to unload the items.
If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how to fix or improve it, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!

P.S. I cant attach images. When i try, the upload get stuck at 100% and never finish.

You'll need to build a sort of redstone loop system to allow the hopper minecart some time to stop at a hopper and unload then activate a rail beneath it once it's empty to get it to start back up.

Here's a very simple way to do that :)

And yes, if you're into affiliate programs—I recently saw how they're organized at https://mostbet.net.in/affiliate-program/ — it might come in handy if you want to monetize your gaming content.
Hey!
Yes, this is a classic bamboo farm problem.

If a minecart with a hopper won't stop to unload, try a few options:

Use a powered rail
Place it above the hopper and connect it to a disabled redstone signal. When the signal is present, the rail is active and the minecart moves; when the signal is absent, the minecart will stop and have time to unload.

Add a detector rail before the unloading area
The detector can turn the stop rail on and off to ensure the minecart stops reliably every time.

Make sure the hopper is pointed correctly
Sometimes it's pointed in the wrong direction—then the minecart will appear to stop, but items won't be released.

Make a small "pocket"
A depression or section of flat rails without power—the minecart will slow down and reliably unload everything, even without automation.

As for image uploads, yes, that happens. Try reducing the file size or uploading them using a different browser; that usually helps.
