Villagers won't change trades once profession block is removed

I've worked with villagers plenty of times, but when I made a villager trading hall, the villagers wouldn't change trades after I broke their profession block. I did not trade with them first, and there was already a bit of green in the progress bar. I've waited for the day to go by to see if trades will change, and that doesn't work too. I was just wondering if this was a server thing that made it harder to get books like mending.

Hi, this is a plugin limitation to slow down the ability to crush the economy with min-maxed trades

You'll have to fully replace any villagers you don't want the trades of.
