Have you tried downloading the pack directly? You may find it by doing /pack on our discord, it will also have instructions on how to add it- LinaaBeann

"I can help you upgrade your gear" - Could be runes, enchantments, smithing table? "Add me to warm up your ores" - What is a warm substance found around ores in the "nature"?
