I just purchased a gift card and I want to turn it into in game GC but I'm not sure how, all I have now is the order number and I'm not sure how to get the actual gift card number. any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

If you purchased a giftcard from our server store, it should've emailed you with the code. From there take the code and do /gc ingame and click the "Redeem" option to paste the code and it will give you the GC in game to use. If you need further assistance, please refer to our server Discord and make a support ticket. Our Discord is linked at the top to the left of "Server Store"

You can buy GC giftcards in the store, you can find a link at the bottom right of the forum labelled "Server Store"

check your email, usually the gift card code comes there, if not — look in spam and check your order details in the store account. then in the game type /gc and pick redeem in the menu, paste the code there and you’ll get gc. if you only have the order number and no code anywhere, easiest way is to open a ticket in discord and attach that number. and don’t fall for random promos in the thread: once I got redirected to https://iplbetting.guru/ and had to clean my history after, so better stick to official instructions from admins.
