I cannot join the server as it doesnt load. It recently and commonly happens whenever it starts to lag out and the commands dont work. the Ip adress is correct as i have hub.mc-complex.com it just isnt loading for the past hour.

After the call my mood improved, and even if the Vanilla server still wasn't up, I no longer felt that irritation. Now I recommend it to everyone tired of technical glitches — they really help promptly and humanely.

When the server fails to load for the second hour in a row and you're stuck waiting on the mc-complex hub, frustrated because you planned to play with friends, it really gets on your nerves. I faced these situations all the time — constant lags or complete unavailability, and eventually you start looking for an alternative so you don't lose it
