Unattended Appeal

I hope you're all doing great.

I just wanted to follow up on an appeal I submitted almost a week ago, but I still haven't heard back.
This is unusual as staff are usually fast and don't take more than a day to respond.

So I was wondering if everything is okay, or maybe there are technical issues that may have caused you not to receive my appeal?
Or maybe all staff are away?

I made an appeal too, it was on this Monday so I it has only been 3 days yet. However what I noticed was that I can't find my appeal anywhere anymore except for my website history. Maybe there are indeed some technical issues.

They both were reviewed from what I'm seeing, so if you're having difficulties finding them, you may make discord tickets and show us what is showing on your end so that we can check if there are any issues with viewing access.

I can find them now, sadly mine was denied but I will for sure make one again next month. Appeals from the past were shown by an automated message and privatly at recent threads. Before my appeal got reviewed I could only access it trough my browser history.

Ah I see, one of the new website changes then. I do believe it does still send emails though as long as they are turned on in your settings

Yes, however only when it got reviewed. Before then only via browser history. I was worried thinking my appeal hasn't gone trough. Maybe this can be fixed in the future?

Another thing I saw was that at the ban appeal page it mentions mute instead of ban. The rule where you can reappeal after 30 days.

Hello Complex Gaming Staff,
I am writing this appeal as a sincere request for another review of my permanent ban from Complex Factions.
Around six months ago, I was permanently banned for a GC scan involving 45 GC. Since then, I have submitted multiple appeals, but unfortunately they have all been denied. I understand that the staff team has to enforce the rules and that my previous appeals were reviewed according to the information available at the time.
However, I would really appreciate it if my case could be looked at once again. Six months is a long time to be away from a server that I genuinely enjoyed playing on. I was an active player and spent a lot of time playing Factions, and I would honestly just like the opportunity to come back and play again.
I am not writing this appeal to argue with the staff or to disrespect any previous decision. I understand the seriousness of my ban, and I accept that I made a mistake. I am simply asking for another chance to prove that I can follow the rules and be a positive member of the Complex community.

I have tried multiple times to appeal because I genuinely want to play Complex again. I would be extremely grateful if the staff could take into consideration the amount of time that has passed since my permanent ban and reconsider my case.
If given another opportunity, I will make sure to follow the rules and avoid putting myself in a situation like this again.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal and consider my request. I sincerely hope you can give me one final opportunity to return to Complex Factions. WHY KEEPING DENIED MY APPEALS?
