Gift card error

I bought some gift cards, and it said payment declined, but when I went too my bank they told me the charges had gone through. Still no email with card codes. Hel please

Hi it may take 24-48 hours to show back up in your account this is normal as your bank placed a hold on those funds. If it doesn’t update in 48 hours please make a ticket in our discord

the payment got stuck between the bank and the gift card system. A “declined” message with a bank charge showing usually means the payment processor may have created an authorization, but the order wasn’t completed.

Please open a general support ticket on discord and ask for a Admin+ (more likely to be able to solve this problem) and inform them all the current details you have
